Much of the Swedish food is served with a gravy called"brunsås". The best form of"brunsås" is a Cream sauce, since the sauce that Swedes refer to as Cream Sauce "Gräddsås" is a gravy. However, you can make a gravy that is not a Cream Sauce, but it is a meager and dull in taste if you ask me. I usually stick to a really rich cream sauce when I make "Brunsås". This is the tastiest and at the same time the easiest recipe I have found and always use. Sure, you can do it more advanced, but why would you, when this becomes so delicous.
