In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, you always have 14 days of open purchase on courses and orders that have not been fully consumed. You are always entitled to a full refund if you regret the purchase within 14 days, provided that it is not something that has already been consumed (such as a dinner booking or tasting).

Digital services can be canceled free of charge up to one hour before the consumption time. Cancellation rules for dinners are stated in the confirmation email sent in connection with the booking.

The personal data collected is the one that you provide yourself in connection with orders or inquiries. It is saved in our database as long as you do not request it to be deleted.

You always have the right to request what data we have stored about you.

You always have the right to have all personal data permanently removed from the database on request.

If you have provided your e-mail address, it is stored in our database and we may send out offers to you based on previous orders. The company will not send spam or unrelated offers.

You can always opt out of receiving other mailings than what is directly linked to your order.

Dispatch in connection with the order will, however, take place.

If you want to cancel your subscription as a supporter, this is done in your personal pages. Termination of all information must be notified to 42ann AB via email. So all data is deleted from our records permanently. For larger dinner bookings, termination of contract must also be announced via email.
